Born 1983. Of American-Norwegian descent, he began documenting subcultures and nightlife around the world at the age of seventeen. Over more than two decades, photography and film have become both his profession and his way of understanding people, place and identity.

Working between Los Angeles, NYC, Portugal and Asia, his perspective is shaped by a life lived across cultures. His images are guided by curiosity, intuition and a fascination with the worlds people create around themselves. Moving between the observed and the imagined, intimacy and escape.

 

His work continues to evolve through encounters with new people, places and ideas, bringing a distinctly personal sensibility to contemporary fashion, portraiture and visual storytelling.
